摘  要:对一种双螺杆真空泵普遍使用的,由长幅外摆线和渐开线组成的端面型线转子进行了研究,推导出转子接触线方程的一般求法,同时给出利用MATLAB表现空间接触线的新式方法;分析各段接触线的组成,给出了所生成接触线的形状、长度的计算以及一个齿间容积内不同转角位置时接触线的长度变化规律。其次,根据简化转子力学模型研究了转子的动平衡特性,提出了两种动平衡设计方案。文章为其它双螺杆泵转子的接触线和动平衡特性研究提供了理论依据及参考方法。For a wide use of twin screw vacuum pump, the rotor profile consisted of prolate epicycloid and involute was studied. The equations of contact lines were derived out and a new method of using MATLAB was given. The composition of each part of contact lines were analyzed, the shape and length of contact lines was calculated, then the change law of the relationship with the contact lines length was obtained at the different turning angles on a inter-tooth volume. We analyzed the dynamic balance property of the rigid screw rotor according to one simplified mechanics model, then two design methods were put forward. It provides a theoretical basis and reference method for the study of the contact lines and dynamic balance of other twin screw rotor.
