摘 要:为了提高产能和节约能源,在工业生产时要用到连续式真空炉。由于工件一直处于炉内,因此工件的转移和到位均需要使用传感器(到位开关)进行控制。本文以双室真空油淬炉为连续式真空炉的代表性炉型进行分析说明,具体介绍了钢在热处理冷却过程中的等温转变过程,以及传感器(到位开关)设置位置与灵敏度的重要性,最后举例说明几种开关的设置型式及特点比较。In order to increase productivity and save energy,continuous vacuum furnace is widely used in industrial production. Since the workpiece is in the furnace, it requires to use sensor(location switches) to control when the workpiece is transferred and put in place.We used the double chamber vacuum oil quenching furnace as a representative type of the continuous vacuum furnace to analyse.We specifically introduced isothermal transformation of steel during the cooling process of heat treatment, and the importance of sensor (location switches) setting position and sensitivity.Finally,we compare several types of settings and characteristics of switches for examples.
