摘 要:燃用无烟煤的大型电站锅炉在冷态启动过程中要消耗大量的燃油。为了解决该问题,提出了一种高温氧气直接点火技术,可用极少量燃油将氧气加热至最高1 480℃的高温,然后用高温氧气直接点燃无烟煤煤粉气流。采用热态点火实验和数值计算的方法验证了该技术的可行性与有效性。在热态实验部分,以山西阳泉无烟煤作为实验煤种,完成了4种工况下的高温氧气点火实验,证明了高温氧气可以直接点燃无烟煤煤粉气流,并给出了最佳的高温氧气点火热源参数。在数值计算部分,将热态实验部分的4种工况分别进行了数值模拟计算,从理论角度证明了该方法的可行性。为无烟煤煤粉气流的冷态点火提供了一种新的有效方法。The cold start-up process of the boilers in the large-scale anthracite-fired thermal power generation plants will consume a large amount of fuels oil. A new direct ignition technology with the use of the high-temperature oxygen was proposed to address the above challenge. In the proposed ignition technology, oxygen was heated up to the maximum temperature of 1480°C with very few fuel oil, which was used to directly ignite the pulverized anthracite coal stream. The thermal-state experiments and numerical simulations were implemented to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed ignition technology. Anthracite coal in Yangquan, Shanxi province was selected for the thermal-state experiments with four kinds of different working conditions, and the optimal high-temperature oxygen ignition heat-resource parameters were obtained. Experimental results indicate that the high-temperature oxygen can ignite anthracite coal directly. The thermal-state experiment results are compared with numerical simulation results, which prove that the proposed ignition technology is validated. As a result, a new method is introduced for the cold ignition of the pulverized anthracite coal stream.
