摘 要:为研究异步驱动电机内外流体流动特性,该文以一台55k W异步驱动电机为例,基于计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)及数值传热学(numerical heat transfer,NHT)基本原理,根据电机冷却结构,建立外部包裹空气域的电机三维流固耦合求解域模型,在基本假设的基础上,施加边界条件,采用有限体积法对电机温度场及流体场进行数值计算,通过与实验数据对比分析,验证了计算方法的正确性和计算结果的准确性。最后,对电机内部流体流速、电机机壳及端部离心式风扇部分流体运动迹线等流变特性进行分析,揭示了中小型异步驱动电机冷却介质流动特性。For research of the fluid flow characteristics which are inside and outside the asynchronous driving motor according to the complex structure and cooling air flowing, a 55kW asynchronous driving motor was taken as an example, and a three dimensional fluid-solid coupled model with motor encapsulated in air region was established according to cooling structure, based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and the numerical heat transfer (NHT). On the basis of fundamental assumptions, the temperature and fluid field of asynchronous driving motor was simulated numerically by adding boundary conditions and using the finite volume method. And the comparison of test data and results of simulation verifies the correctness of model and the rationality of the solution method. At last, the analysis for fluid velocity inside motor and path lines where at frame and ending fan reveals the fluid flow characteristics on the performance of cooling medium for the middle and small asynchronous driving motor.
