摘　　要：目的:观察鳖甲煎丸对瘀血阻络型慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血Th17细胞表达水平的影响。方法:采用流式细胞术对60例瘀血阻络型慢乙肝患者鳖甲煎丸治疗前和治疗12周及24周外周血Th17细胞进行检测。同时采用实时荧光聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测相应时间点的血清HBV-DNA。结果:两组治疗后Th17细胞频数均较治疗前降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗后两组比较,治疗组Th17细胞频数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瘀血阻络型慢性乙型肝炎患者经鳖甲煎丸治疗后其外周血Th17细胞下降,患者症状、体征明显改善、肝功能各项指标趋于正常。Objective： To observe the effects of Biejia Decoction on expression of peripheral blood Th17 cells in chronic hepatitis B patients with blood stasis type. Methods： The flow cytometry was used to detect the peripheral blood Th17 cells in 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B of blood stasis type who received BiejiaJian pill before treatment and after 12 weeks and 24 weeks treatment. At the same time, real-time fluorescence polymerase chain reaction （PCR） was used to detect the serum HBV-DNA in the corresponding time points. Results： The frequency of Thl7 cells in the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. After treatment, the frequency of Th17 cells in treatment group was lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The outer peripheral blood Th17 cells in patients with blood stasis type of chronic hepatitis B decreased after the treatment of Biejiajian Pill, the symptoms and signs of patients obviously were improved, and liver function indices tended to be normal.
