Vm。Objective: To observe the immediate effects of hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian on cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence. Methods: The 45 patients were randomly divided into Shaoyin Heart Meridian group and the Sham group, the Shaoyin Heart Meridian group was treated with electmacupuncture the points: "Jiquan(HT-1)", "Shaohai(HT-3)", "Lingdao(HT-4)" and "Shenmen(HT-7)", while the Sham group was electroacupunctured those non-hole spot at the same segment. TCD parameters of cerebral artery before and after electroacupuncture were observed. Results: After electroacupuncture, the systole blood stream speed (Vp), average blood stream speed (Vm), diastole last stage blood stream speed (Vd) of cerebrum median artery (MCA), Vp of cerebrum artery (ACA), and average blood stream speed (Vm) of arteria vertebralis (VA) in Shaoyin Heart Meridian group increased obviously (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), and the Vp, Vm of MCA, Vp of ACA was higher than the Sham group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01).Conclusion: The electricity needle heart acupuncture point may speed up MCA Vp, Vm, Vd, ACA Vp, as well as VA Vm.
