中药封包联合复方大承气汤治疗不完全性肠梗阻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药封包联合复方大承气汤治疗不完全性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将100例不完全性肠梗阻患者随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予中药封包联合复方大承气汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、胃肠道功能恢复、腹痛改善情况(采取视觉模拟疼痛评分,VAS)、住院时间和1年后复发率等。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.0%,对照组总有效率为78.0%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者胃肠功能各指标恢复情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者住院时间明显短于对照组;治疗组患者1年后肠梗阻复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包联合大承气汤治疗不完全性肠梗阻临床效果确定,可较快解除肠梗阻不适,降低远期复发率。Objective： To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine packet combined with compound Dachengqi decoction on incomplete intestinal obstruction. Methods： The 100 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine; the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine packet combined with compound Dachengqi decoction. Results： The clinical total effective rate was 75.0% in treatment group and 94.0% in control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The recovery of gastrointestinal function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The hospitalization time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The recurernce rate of the treat- ment group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The VAS scores of the two groups was significantly lower than pretherapy, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine packet combined with compound Daehengqi decoction on patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction was good, it can relieve the intestinal obstruction, and reduce the long-term recurrence rate.
