摘　　要：目的观察三步针罐疗法治疗颈椎病的临床效果。方法将解放军天津疗养院2013年1月—2015年6月收治的颈椎病患者118例随机分为观察组(采用三步针罐疗法)62例、对照组(采用常规针刺法)56例,观察比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组总体疗效及颈型、椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论三步针罐疗法治疗颈椎病安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy in treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods A total of 118 patients with cervical spondylosis during January 2013 and June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group （n = 62） and control group （n = 56）. The observation group underwent three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy, while the control group underwent conventional acupuncture therapy. The clinical efficacy and safety were observed and compared in the two groups. Results The total clinical effect, and effects of cervical and vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion The three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy in treatment of cervical spondylosis is safe and effective.
