妇科再造胶囊联合来曲唑治疗无排卵性不孕症临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科再造胶囊联合来曲唑对无排卵性不孕症的临床疗效。方法选择青海省人民医院2013年1月—2014年12月收治的无排卵性不孕症89例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组（n=44）予来曲唑（2.5 mg/d,连续5天）口服,观察组（n=45）在对照组基础上予妇科再造胶囊（6粒/次,2/d,连续5 d,持续2个疗程）口服,比较两组总有效率、子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数目、排卵期、排卵率、妊娠率及流产率,同时观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组、子宫内膜厚度明显大于对照组、成熟卵泡数目明显多于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组排卵周期为0 d者比例显著低于对照组、为4~6 d者比例显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且排卵率、妊娠率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,流产率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论妇科再造胶囊联合来曲唑可起到协同作用,治疗无排卵性不孕症效果显著,且能够改善来曲唑产生的不良反应。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Gynecological Reworking Capsules combined with Lel- rozol in treatment of anovulatory infertility. Methods A total of 89 patients with anovulatory infertility during January 2013 and December 2014 were divided into control group （n = 44） and observation group （n = 45） according to random number table. The control group was treated with Lelrozol orally （2.5 rag/d） for 5 d, and the observation group was given Gynecological Reworking Capsules orally （6 pills/1 time, 2 d/1 time, 5 d/1 course） for two courses based on the control groupg therapy. In the two groups, the total effective rate, endometrial thickness, numbers of mature follicles, o- vulation cycles, ovulation rate, pregnancy rates and abortion rate were compared, and the incidence rates of adverse reac- tion were also observed. Results Compared with those in the control group, in the observation group, the total effective rate was significantly higher, values of endometrial thickness and numbers of mature follicles were significantly larger （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the percentage of 0 d ovulatory cycle was significantly lower, while the percentage of 4-6 d ovulatory cycle was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05 ） , and the ovulation and pregnancy rates were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05 ） , while the abortion rate was significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion Gynecological Reworking Capsules combined with Lelrozol in treatment of anovulatory infertility has obvious effect with synergistic role, and it can reduce the adverse reactions induced by Letrozole.
