摘  要:通过在4Cr13马氏体不锈钢药芯丝材配方的基础上添加适量氮来替代部分碳,并加入适量合金元素铌、钒和稀土元素铈研制出了一种新型电弧喷涂马氏体钢药芯丝材;然后采用高速电弧喷涂技术在Q235钢板表面制备了碳氮合金化马氏体钢涂层,研究了该涂层的微观形貌及耐磨性能,并与4Cr13马氏体钢涂层的进行了对比。结果表明:碳氮合金化马氏体钢涂层的基体上弥散分布着细小的铌和钒的碳氮化物,这使得它具有更高的显微硬度和耐磨性能,其相对耐磨能力为4Cr13马氏体钢涂层的1.58倍。A new type of martensite steel flux-cored wire based on the formula of 4Cr13 martensite steel fluxcored wire was developed by adding nitrogen to replace carbon, and some alloy elements including Nb, V and Ce. Carhonitride alloying martensite steel coating was prepared on Q235 steel surface by high velocity arc spraying technology, and morphology and wear resistance of the coating were studied and compared with those of 4Cr13 martensite steel coating. The results show that carbonitrides cluding Nb and V dispersively distributed on matrix of the coating, this made the coating had higher microhardness and wear resistance, relative wear resistance of the coating was 1.58 times of that of 4Cr13 martensite steel coating.
