摘  要:目的:比较布洛芬乳膏和凝胶2种外用制剂的理化性质及体外经皮渗透性能。方法:用流变仪对乳膏和凝胶的黏弹性和屈服值进行测定,用电导仪测定电导率,采用Franz扩散池法进行透皮吸收,将接受液样品与皮肤样品进行色谱检测。结果:布洛芬的色谱检测方法准确可行。布洛芬乳膏及凝胶的黏弹性、电导率均有较大差别,屈服值相差较小,乳膏的稳定性明显高于凝胶,但透皮吸收的结果显示,凝胶能更好的透过皮肤进入体内发挥作用。结论:布洛芬外用制剂可减少布洛芬口服的不良反应,科学的透皮吸收方法学将为制剂质量标准研究提供一定的依据,物理指标可以显示不同制剂在物理结构上对于药效的影响及对制剂稳定性的影响。Objective:To compare the physical, chemical properties and in vitro transdermal permeation properties of two kinds of topical preparations of ibuprofen cream and gel. Methods: Measure firmo viscosity and yield value of cream and gel by rheometer,measure conductivity by conductivity meter. Using Franz diffusion cell method for transdermal absorption, detecte the acceptable solution receive the fluid sample and skin samples by HPLC. Results:The chromatographic method for the determination of ibuprofen was accurate and feasible. Ibuprofen cream and gel viscoelasticity, electrical conductivity has great difference, the yield value difference smaller, the stability of the cream was significantly higher than that of the gel,but the results of transdermal absorption display gel can better through the skin into the body. Conclusion :The external preparation of ibuprofen can reduce the toxic and side effect compare with the oral ibuprofen, scientific transdermal absorption methodology will provide certain basis on quality standard of the preparation, physical indicators can show the effects of different agents on the physical structure and the stability of the preparation.
