摘　　要：系统阐述了全国首例装配式停车楼施工的难点及特点,从建筑结构体系研究、建筑结构深化设计、装配式施工三方面入手进行了概述性介绍,同时将施工过程中出现的问题及解决方案进行了总结归纳,首次提出了一套完整的装配式大跨结构施工技术,具有广泛的应用前景。This paper expounds systematically difficult and characteristics of the first precast parking building construction in China. And it also introduces key construction technologies from the aspects of building system research, detail design of building structure and precast construction. The authors summarize the problems occurred during construction and their solved schemes, and put forward firstly a set of construction technology of large-span precast structure.
