摘　　要：装配式建筑的综合效益分为经济效益、环境效益和其他效益三方面。目前,关于装配式建筑效益分析方法的研究还不够深入。为此,以某项目为依托,结合效益的特点和具体内容,研究装配式建筑效益的分析方法。从建造成本和使用成本两方面确定装配式建筑的经济效益,从"四节"层面以及引入碳排放的计算来研究环境效益的分析方法,同时,从理论层面上探讨其他效益,从而为装配式建筑综合效益的分析提供参考。Comprehensive benefits of precast building are divided into economic benefits, environmental benefits and other benefits. At present, the study of analytic method of prefabricated construction is not enough in-depth. For this, according to the characteristics and specific content of the benefits and basing on an project, authors discuss the analytic method of benefits of prefabricated construction. From construction cost and maintenance cost, the economic benefits of the precast building is determined, and the analytic method of environmental benefits from four saving level and the calculation of carbon emissions is researched. At the same time, from the theoretical level, authors explore other benefits, so as to provide reference for the analysis of comprehensive benefit of prefabricated construction.
