摘　　要：文章在对东北老工业基地与东北亚地区的区域经济合作现状和东北老工业基地产业结构现状进行分析的基础上,结合2001-2012年东北地区与东北亚地区的对外贸易数据,研究了东北亚区域经济合作对东北老工业基地产业结构优化的影响。最后根据本文结论提出相应的政策建议。By referring to the 2001-2012 data of foreign trade in Northeast China and Northeast Asia, the article explores the present situation of the regional economic cooperation between the old industrial base in Northeast China and Northeast Asia as well as the industrial structure in the old industrial base in Northeast China. It focuses on the impact of regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia on the structure optimization and upgrading in Northeastern old industrial base. Finally, it proposes recommendations based on the conclusion.
