性激素结合球蛋白基因单核苷酸多态性在宁夏回、汉族人群中的分布特征

摘　　要：目的：探讨性激素结合球蛋白（SHBG）基因rs1799941、rs6257、rs6259和rs727428位点在宁夏回、汉族人群中及不同种族间的分布特征。方法：采用Taqman探针法分析宁夏回、汉族群体SHBG rs1799941、rs6257、rs6259和rs7274284个SNP位点等位基因频率及基因型频率的分布特征。结果：宁夏回、汉族人群SHBG基因4个多态性位点基因型频率及等位基因频率差异无统计学意义。宁夏人群SHBG基因rs1799941、rs727428和rs6259位点基因型频率分布与人类基因组计划扫描所得欧洲人群及非洲人群比较，差异均有统计学意义，而与北京人群比较，差异无统计学意义。rs6257位点基因型频率分布与文献查询所得欧洲人群及土耳其人群比较差异均有统计学意义，而与中国南方人群比较差异无统计学意义。结论：SHBG基因rs1799941、rs6257、rs6259和rs7274284个SNP位点等位基因及基因型频率在宁夏回、汉族及不同性别之间均无差异；但在不同种族间具有差异。Objective： To investigate the sex hormone binding globulin （SHBG） gene rs1799941, rs 6257, rs 6259 and rs727428 sites in Ningxia Hui and Han people and to analyze the distribution of SHBG gene polymorphisms among different ethnicities. Methods： All 930 subjects were students from Ningxia Medical University, including 443 cases of the Hui and 487 cases of the Han. Taqman probe was used to detect the distribution of four sites （rs1799941, rs 6257, rs 6259 and rs727428）. Results： There was no significant difference in four genotypes and allele frequencies of SHBG gene polymorphisms in the Ningxia Hui and Han people. The distribution traits of rs1799941, rs6259 and rs727428 genotype frequencies had no significant difference between Ningxia and Beijing, but they were different from Europeans and Africans. The distribution traits of rs6257 genotype frequencies didn＇t differ significantly between Ningxia and Southern China, but they were different from European and Turkish people. Conclusion： There is no significant difference between the Hui and Han ethnic groups of Ningxia population in the four SNPs, but there are significant differences between ethnicities.
