外商直接投资技术溢出渠道差异性研究——基于2002-2014年中国数据的实证检验

摘　　要：根据中国2002-2014年8个行业的面板数据,对中国外商直接投资技术溢出渠道的差异性进行了实证检验,结果发现中国外商直接投资3种渠道下的溢出效应均为正,但水平溢出、后向溢出效应呈现递减趋势,前向技术溢出效应基本保持不变,且前向技术溢出大于其它两种渠道的溢出效应。最后,根据实证检验结果,从国家和企业两个层面有针对性地提出了相关政策建议。Combined with relevant theoretical analysis, this paper examines differences between technology spillover chan- nels based on eight major industry panel data, and the results show that the spillover effect of FDI in China is positive, but the backward and horizontal overflow show a decreasing trend, while the forward overflow remained unchanged, and for- ward teehnology spillover effect is greater than the other two overflow channels. Finally, it puts forward two related policy recommendations from the national and enterprise levels with the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical results which can improve the technological progress and economic benefits in China.
