摘  要:高温深层碳酸盐岩水平井具有储层埋藏深、裸眼段长、非均值性强、温度高,易喷易漏和高含硫化氢等特点,在目的层钻井过程中,易形成"大肚子"、"大狗腿度"和缩径等井眼复杂情况,给分段完井工具的下入提出巨大挑战。为使分段完井工具顺利下入,需要在井筒准备阶段模拟分段完井工具管串刚度进行井筒准备。从旋转地质导向技术、钻井液配套技术以及"西瓜皮"扶正器通井技术三方面详细介绍了水平井井筒准备技术。经过持续研究与实践,成功应用39井次,大幅缩减了井筒准备时间,创造了较好经济效益。High temperature and deep carbonate rocks horizontal well has features of being deep burial reservoir,long open hole section,big reservoir heterogeneity,high temperature,easy kick and loss,and high H2S content,being easily happened some complex borehole problems such as out of round over sized hole,big dogleg and tight hole during drilling process to the target formation,which suggests a great challenge for running fragment stimulation completion tools into the designed position. In order to successfully run it,modeling fragment stimulation completion tools stiffness is required during the borehole preparation process. This article introduces the horizontal well borehole preparation technology in three aspects of rotary Geology oriented,drilling fluid matching and watermelon stabilizer wiper tripping technologies. After continual research and practical application,it is successfully applied for 39 wells,which decreases drilling and completion time and creates better economic efficiency.
