摘　　要：通过对GB 50016-2014《建筑设计防火规范》第5.5.28条款的解析,对剪刀楼梯间共(合)用前室面积的确定、楼梯间共用前室设置的科学性及合用前室的设置等方面进行探讨,经过计算、论证,结合疏散人群的行为心理,提出剪刀楼梯间前室不应共用、电梯应设前室且宜与楼梯间前室合用的结论;同时初步探讨了设置防烟电梯的可行性。By parsing of the Section 5.5.28 of GB 50016--2014 Code for building design of fire protection, we point out the errors such as the combined atria＇s area determination of scis- sors stairwell, the scientificity of setting the sharing atria of stairwells., and the settings of combined front chamber. And we also present the conclusion by calculating, demonstrating and considering the behavioral psychology of evacuees, that the front room of scissors stairwells should not be shared, and the elevator should own an atria eombined with the staircases＇. Be- sides, we explore the feasibility of setting up the smoke-proof elevator preliminaryly.
