摘　　要：针对现有柜式七氟丙烷灭火装置作为移动式灭火装置时存在的不足,在现有装置的基础上,研发了一种可移动、能快速拆装的低温无管网七氟丙烷灭火装置和能使液态七氟丙烷在低温条件下雾化的喷嘴。详细介绍该装置的灭火剂瓶组、低温雾化喷嘴、快速连接件和灭火剂瓶组推车的设计和性能测试。通过实体灭火试验,验证了灭火装置及部件的性能满足设计要求。Against the insufficient of using cabinet heptafluoro- propane extinguishing device as mobile extinguishing system, and based on the existing device, a kind of non-network hep tafluoropropane fire extinguishing system which is mobile, can be rapidly assembled and disassembled, and suitable for low temperature was developed, as well as the nozzle can atomize liquid heptafluoropropane under low temperature. The agent cylinder assemblies, low temperature atomizing nozzle, quick connector and agent cylinder assemblies cart were introduced in detail, and tested. Throdgh the fire extinguishing experiment, proved the performance of extinguishing equipment and its com- ponents can meet the design requirement.
