摘 要:目的:测定珊瑚姜精油和樟树叶精油对白纹伊蚊雌性成蚊的熏杀活性及熏杀蚊虫的作用机理。方法:用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取珊瑚姜块茎精油和樟树鲜叶精油,三角瓶法测定两种精油对白纹伊蚊雌性成蚊的熏杀活性,微板法检测两种精油对白纹伊蚊乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACh E)和非特异性酯酶(NSE)活性的影响。结果:珊瑚姜精油和樟树叶精油对白纹伊蚊24 h熏蒸LC50分别是80.208μg/cm3、20.709μg/cm3;在78.696μg/cm3和31.976μg/cm3剂量下,珊瑚姜精油和樟树叶精油对白纹伊蚊的KT50分别为35.759 min和6.341 min;两种植物精油对白纹伊蚊ACh E均有抑制作用,酶活性抑制率分别为29.97%和4.03%;两种精油对白纹伊蚊的NSE有促进作用,酶活性增长率分别为21.55%和18.62%。结论:樟树叶精油更适宜作为植物源灭蚊产品的基础材料。Objective: To investigate the fumigating insecticidal activities of essential oils extracted from Zingiber coraUinum Hance and fresh leaves of Cinnamomum camphora ( L. ) against the female a- dult mosquitoes of Aedes albopictus and the fumigant mechanism. Methods: Essential oils were extrac- ted from roots of Zingber corallinum Hance and fresh leaves of Cinnamomum camphora by steam distillation. The fumigating activities of these essential oils against Aedes albopictus were measured by erlenmeyer flask method. The activation changes of acetyleholinesterase ( AchE ) and non-specific esterase (NSE) of the female adults mosquitoes of Aedes albopictus fumigant treated with two essential oils were measured by the microplate assay. Results: The LCs0 values of Zingber corallinum Hance and Cinna- momum camphora against Aedes albopictus at 24 h were 80. 208 μg/cm3 ,20.709 μg/cm3 respectively. The KT50 values of Zingiber corallinum Hance and fresh leaves of Cinnamomum camphora ( L. ) against the female adults mosquitoes of Aedes albopictus at fumigating concentration 78. 696 and 31. 976 μg/cm3 were 35. 759 and 6. 341 rain respectively. The aeetylcholinesterase of Aedes albopictus which was treated by Zingiber corallinum Hance and fresh leaves of Cinnamomum camphora ( L. ) was inhibi- ted. The reduced rates were 29.97% and 4.03%. The esterase activity increased rates were 21.55% and 18.62%. Conclusion: The results indicate that extracted oil from Cinnamomum camphora (L.) is effective potential mosquitocide.
