摘  要:以纯水轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,在同时考虑配流盘间隙和柱塞间隙的基础上,利用流体仿真分析软件Pump Linx,采用动网格技术并建立空化模型,研究配流盘减振结构对流量特性和压力脉动的影响。通过仿真分析U型槽、三角槽、孔槽结合和无阻尼槽四种不同的减振方案在配流过程中的压力脉动和流量脉动,进而比较得出最佳的高压卸荷槽结构。仿真结果表明,采用U型槽结构的配流盘在预升压过程中优于其他三种结构,且其出口的流量更加平稳,脉动率更小。Based on the water hydraulic axial piston pump and considered the valve plate clearance and piston clearance, the damping structure of valve plate on the influence of the flow characteristics and pressure pulsation of the axial piston pump used the dynamic mesh technology and cavitation model are researched in this paper by the PumpLinx software. For the four kinds of different damping structures : U shape structure, triangle groove, hole slot- bound and without silencing groove, the pressure pulsation and flow fluctuation in the distribution are analyzed, and then the best structure for the high pressure silencing groove is achieved. The results show that the U shape structure is better than the other three kinds of structure in the pre-booster process, and the flow of the outlet is more smooth- ly and the pulse rate is more smaller.
