摘 要:在已有通过脉宽调制实现AADDS自动垂直钻具井下纠斜力连续调节的基础上,针对因脉宽调制导致纠斜力波动幅度较大而出现的井斜相对方位稳定性不高的问题,开展了该钻具井下纠斜力连续控制的优化研究。在不改变系统原有结构的基础上,将已有的PWM控制方法调整为多脉宽合成调制控制。即通过对液控系统中二位二通电磁阀在钻杆一个转动周期内进行多次通、断电控制,使得系统纠斜缸内增加的油液由一次排放变为多次排放,有效地降低了纠斜缸内压力的波动范围。The research is on the basis of proposed method that applying PWM control to AADDS automatic vertical drilling tool to implement the downhole anti-flection force adjusting continuously. However, the previous PWM con- trol method would cause the anti-flection force fluctuate large, which brought the low stability of well flection' s rel- ative azimuth. To solve this problem, the optimum research about achieving the continuous adjustment of downhole anti-fleetion force is put forward. In the premise of not changing the existing structure, adopting combined pulse width modulation instead of the single. By means of controlling the on-off time of the two-position two-way solenoid valve several times in a drill pipe rotation period, to discharge the increasing oil in the anti-flection cylinder several times instead of once in a cycle. After that it could reduse the pressure fluctuation of the anti-flection cylinder effec- tively.
