摘　　要：高压气体广泛应用于装备的气检、挤推增压、吹扫及控制等用途。高压气体应用的特殊性对气体的洁净度提出了不同的要求。结合实践应用所积累的经验,论述了高压气体中杂质的产生与危害;高压洁净气体的制备流程和方法;介绍了制备流程的主要元件、设备、选用原则和配置、使用过程的注意事项。The gas of high pressure gas is widely used in equipment inspection, push and shove pressurization, purging and control purposes. The particularity of high pressure gas application puts forward different requirements on the cleanliness of the gas. Combined with practical application experience, this paper discusses the generation and harm of impurities in high pressure gas; The preparation of high pressure clean gas process and method; This paper introduces the preparation process of main components, equipment, selection principle and matters needing attention in the process of configuration and use.
