洛美沙星疑致短暂性失明1例

摘　　要：1例58岁女性患者,因尿道炎,口服左氧氟沙星片0.2 g,1 h后出现全身皮疹。次日将药物改为洛美沙星分散片0.3 g,口服后出现短暂性失明,20 min后视力逐渐恢复,眼底未见明显异常,全身可见散在皮疹,立即给予苯海拉明(20 mg,im)、氯雷他定(10 mg,qd)、西替利嗪(10 mg,qd)对症治疗,并停用洛美沙星分散片,4 d后患者身上皮疹均已消失。One 58-year-old female patient with urethritis orally took levofloxacin 0.2 g. One hour later, systemic rash occurred, levofloxacin was stopped and replaced by lomefloxacin （0.3 g）, temporary blindness occurred. After 20 minutes, visual acuity of the patient recovered gradually. No abnormalities in the eyes were observed. Rash spread throughout the body. Lomefloxacin was stopped immediately. Diphenhydramine （20 mg, im）, loratadine （10 mg, qd） and cetirizine （10 mg, qd） were given for symptomatic treatment. Four days later, the systemic rash of the patient disappeared.
