摘 要:近年来北京市交通问题日益明显,市区交通拥堵路段日益增多;交通的阻塞使车辆低速运行,造成燃料的浪费和污染物排放增加,加剧环境的恶化;北京市车用燃油在其能源消费的比例以及道路建设用地在其总建设用地的比例大幅度上升。文章在对交通生态足迹模型进行改进,将其分为建设用地、化石能源用地、森林用地和水资源消耗四个账户的基础上,计算了北京市多种绿色交通工具的生态足迹,并与私人轿车的生态足迹作对比,计算结果表明:北京市私人轿车生态足迹与公用汽电车生态足迹的比例约为6.2,与地铁生态足迹的比例约为22.8,约是公共自行车生态足迹的19 402倍。因此,绿色交通在提高交通运行效率、减少交通污染等方面具有积极的作用,能够解决前述城市交通问题。In recent years the traffic problem is increasingly obvious in Beijing. For example, the urban roads have more traffic congestion sections and more congestion areas; the congestion makes the motor vehicle running slowly, leading to a waste of fuels and increased emissions, aggravating the environment worsening; the proportion of automotive fuels in energy consumption and the proportion of road construction lands in the total construction lands are in sharp increase. This paper modifies the transportation ecological footprint model, divides it into construction land, fossil fuels land, forests land and water area, and calculates the ecological footprints of the green transportations, and then compares them with the ecological footprint of private cars in Beijing. The calculation results show that in Beijing the ratio of private cars' ecological footprint and buses' is about 6.2, the ratio of private cars' ecological footprint and subways' is about 22.8, and private cars' ecological footprint is about 19 402 times as public bicycles'. Therefore, green transportations have positive effects on improving traffic efficiency and reducing traffic pollution, and can solve the aforementioned urban traffic problems.
