摘  要:旅游相关的碳足迹是我国碳排放的重要组成部分,对气候环境的变化有着巨大的影响。科学客观地测算旅游碳足迹,是促进旅游可持续发展和落实旅游业节能减排的研究基础。基于自下而上的视角,并结合旅游终端消费的特征,首次引入时空差异因子,构建了具有良好开放性的区域旅游碳足迹测算概念模型。实证测算结果表明,2012年我国旅游碳足迹总量约为33.4×109 kg,约占全国碳足迹总量0.387%,低于国际平均水平。在旅游业发展的大背景下,我国终端旅游碳足迹总量仍将进一步增长。此外,通过NPP数据计算和处理,引入碳排放压力指数表征旅游碳足迹时空差异特性,为进一步研究旅游碳足迹的排放特征打下基础。最后,从低碳旅游区域环境保护、旅游终端消费低碳化、低碳城镇协同等方面探讨适合我国低碳旅游发展策略。Carbon footprint associated with tourism and travel is an important component of China's carbon emissions, which has the huge influence to climate changes. Consequently, the scientific calculation model of tourism carbon footprint (TCF) is the basis to promote the sustainable tourism and execute low carbon policy. This article, based on the bottom- up perspective, and combined with the characteristics of tourism consumption, builds a regional tourism carbon footprint calculation model with good openness. And it is the first time to use temporal-spatial factors to reflect differences among different conditions. The result of empirical calculation indicates that the carbon footprint form China's tourism industry is about 33.4 ~ 109 kg in 2012, accounting for about 0.387% of total emission, much less than the average level of the world. In addition, this paper laid the foundation for further study on the tourism carbon emission characteristics by carbon emission pressure index through the NPP data calculation. Finally, this article proposed development strategies from the aspects of regional environmental protection, low carbon tourism consumption and cooperativeness of low carbon urban construction.
