旅游产业集群网络结构与企业绩效关系研究

摘　　要：产业集群的企业网络结构会影响到企业绩效,目前这方面的研究主要集中于制造业。由于旅游产业属性与制造业不同,旅游产业集群的企业网络结构对于企业绩效的影响也会和制造业集群存在差异。以现有表征产业集群企业网络结构的指标为基础,结合产业特性构建了旅游产业集群企业网络的结构指标,以平遥古城为案例,通过构建结构方程模型,探讨了旅游产业集群企业网络结构和企业绩效之间的关系,结果显示,旅游产业集群企业网络联结强度和网络密度与企业绩效均正向显著相关,而由于旅游产业集群的特性,网络中心度与企业绩效的相关效应不显著。It is an important topic of industrial clusters study that enterprise networks structure affects cluster firm performance. There are many differences in the tourism industry clusters and manufacturing clusters. So the purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the impact of enterprise networks structure to enterprise performance in the tourism industry clusters is the same way in the manufacturing clusters. Referring existing enterprise networks structure indicators of manufacturing clusters and the tourism industry cluster characteristics, a case study of Ping Yao ancient city, this paper constructs the structure equation model. This paper explores the relationship between the network structures and the firm performance of tourism industrial cluster. The results show that, the network connection strength ,network density and the firm performance are significant positive correlation.
