摘  要:采用芳香族二元胺DADP-30对马来酰亚胺树脂(TMI)进行扩链改性,然后与多官能团环氧树脂(TGBAPOPP)反应,再加入CE-793-250活性稀释剂、甲基四氢苯酐(MTHPA)固化剂搅拌混合均匀,制得了一种无溶剂耐高温环氧基体树脂。对其黏度、凝胶化时间、表面能、吸水率等进行了研究。结果表明:该环氧基体树脂的综合性能优越,特别是在高温环境下其拉伸剪切强度优异,在240℃时拉伸剪切强度高达19.4 MPa。An aromatic diamine DADP-30 was used to modify maleimide resin (TMI). The modified ma- leimide resin was used to react with multi-functional group epoxy resin (TGBAPOPP), and then a solvent-free epoxy matrix resin with high temperature resistance was prepared through adding reactive dilu- ent CE-793-250 and curing agent methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (MTHPA). Its viscosity, gel time, surface energy, and water absorption were studied. The results show that the matrix resin has excellent comprehensive performance, especially the tensile shear strength at high temperature is excellent, which is 19.4 MPa at 240℃.
