摘  要:以2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺(5-Br-PADMA)为显色剂,建立了分光光度法测定铜的新体系。实验结果表明,在p H=3.75-5.75的HAc-Na Ac缓冲溶液中,室温下铜与试剂形成配位比为1∶2的紫红色配合物,配合物最大吸收波长位于573 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.89×104L·mol^-1·cm^-1。铜浓度在0-18μg/10 m L范围内符合比耳定律。所拟方法用于矿样中铜的测定,结果满意。The color reaction of 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-dimethylaminoaniline(5-Br-PADMA) with copper has been studied. The experimental results showed that copper can react with 5-Br-PADMA at room temperature to form a stable purplish red complex in p H=3.75-5.75 HAc-Na Ac buffer solution. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 5.89×104 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 at 573 nm. The molar ratio of copper to 5-Br-PADMA in the complex is 1∶2. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-18 μg/10 m L for copper. The proposed method has been applied to spectrophotometric determination of copper in mine samples with satisfactory results.
