摘 要:从非自治非线性多机电力系统暂态稳定性的机理和规律出发,将多机系统等值为单机—无穷大系统并应用扩展等面积法则快速计算暂态稳定裕度。在对区域内暂态稳定薄弱环节定量分析的基础上,考察动态装置对系统暂态稳定的提升效果,进而提出了结合暂态稳定裕度指标和极限切除时间指标综合优化方法,确定动态无功最佳配置方案。同时对动态装置补偿容量的确定也考虑了系统暂态电压稳定的限制。通过IEEE 39节点系统和某电网220 k V网架系统说明了该方法有效性。Starting from the mechanism and law of nonlinear non-autonomous multi-machine power system transient stability, the transient stability margin is calculated by extended equal area criterion (EEAC) as if the multi-machine system is equivalent to a single-machine infinite-bus system. Based on the quantitative analysis of transient stability weak links in the region and the enhancing effect of dynamic device on the system transient stability, a new method to decide the optimal allocation of reactive power sources is presented, which combines the transient stability margin index with the critical clearing time index. Meanwhile, the limit of system transient voltage stability is also considered in determining the compensation capacity of dynamic device. The method has been proven effective through simulating the IEEE 39 bus system and the 220kV grid system of a power grid.
