摘　　要：目的分析深圳市宝安区结核病人家属结核病防治知信行情况。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对深圳市宝安区结核病人家属面对面进行有关基本情况、结核病核心信息、信念和行为的问卷调查,对数据进行描述性分析、方差分析和四象限分析。结果结核病人家属结核病防治知识知晓率为70.3%,正确信念持有率为74.8%,正确行为持有率为64.1%;文化程度是结核病人家属结核病防治知信行得分的主要影响因素;四象限法分析得,处于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ象限的人群比例分别为50.1%、5.3%、27.7%和16.9%。结论结核病人家属对结核病防治知识和正确行为的掌握情况欠佳,而其正确信念持有状况较好,知识的掌握有利于信念和行为的改善。Objective To survey on the status of the knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP） about tuberculosis prevention and treatment among TB patients＇ family members in Bao＇an Distict of Shenzhen. Methods The basic situation, tuberculosis＇ s core information, belief and behavior among the Shenzhen Baoan District tuberculosis patients＇ family members were surveyed by questionnaires cluster sampling methods. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, variance analysis and four quadrants analysis. Results Family members awareness rate about tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge was 70.3% ; the rate of correct belief was 74.8%; the rate of correct behavior was 64.1%. The education level was the major influencing factors of KAP score of tuberculosis control. According to the analysis of four quadrants, in the article I , II , III and IV, the percentage of the population were 50.1%, 5.3%, 27.7% and 16.9%, respectively. Conclusion TB prevention and control knowledge and knowing the correct behavior of the tuberculosis patients＇ family members were poor, however they have correct belief. Mastering the related knowledge is beneficial for the improvement of their behavior towards TB.
