摘  要:以铅、锌冶炼产出的氧化锌烟尘为原料,进行中性浸出,浸渣进行两段逆流酸性浸出,通过对温度、酸度、时间和助浸剂等关键影响因素的分析、研究,确定了最佳试验条件为:经过中性浸出,中浸渣于160 g/L下低酸浸出,浸渣在200 g/L硫酸、添加0.8 g/尘的软锰矿粉、温度70~80℃、时间1 h的条件下高酸浸出,锌、铟的总浸出率分别达到99%和96%。With lead and zinc smelting output of zinc oxide fumes as raw material, a leaching process of neutral leaching followed by leaching slag countercurrent two-stage acidic leaching was studied. The key influencing factors such as temperature, acidity, time and help infusions were investigated and analyzed. The most favorable conditions dentermined are: after neutral leaching, leaching slag at 160 g / L by low acid leaching, leaching residue then by high acid leaching at 200 g / L acidity, adding 0. 8 g / kg pyrolusite powder dust, leaching temperature 70 80 ℃ , leaching time lh. The total leaching rate of zinc and indium can reach 99% and 96% respectively.
