云南玉溪胶磷矿回水试验研究

摘　　要：针对胶磷矿选矿回水成分复杂、利用率低等问题,对云南玉溪胶磷矿进行了回水试验研究。试验探索了Ca2+、Mg2+、SO42-、PO43-对选别指标的影响,结果表明这些离子对选别指标均有一定影响,其中Ca2+、Mg2+影响最为严重。经多种方法对比,表明采用"双碱法"+PAM混凝法可有效去除回水中的各种有害离子,处理后回水浮选接近清水指标,取得了较好的净化效果。Yunnan Yuxi collophane beneficiation backwater was studied for the problems of its complex composition and low rate of utilization. The effect of the ions Ca^2＋ , Mg^2＋ , SO4^2- and PO4^3- on the beneficiation index has been explored. It is showed that all ions had a certain impact on the beneficiation index, especially the Ca^2＋ and Mg^2＋. Comparative tests with multiple methods suggested that the use of ＂ dual-alkali＂ ＋ PAM coagulation method can effectively remove the harmful ions, making the flotation index with the treated backwater close to that with clear water, achieving good purifying result.
