摘  要:氨纶以其优异的弹性而被广泛地应用于纺织领域,尤其是与棉、涤纶等纤维混纺。但在与其他纤维混纺时,需考虑染料的筛选及选择合适的加工条件。文章研究熔纺氨纶和干纺氨纶长丝的基本热性能和力学性能,并通过热重分析(TG)测试熔纺氨纶在经不同热处理后的质量保留率和分解速率变化。在确定干热定型的处理工艺后,模拟染整工艺(前处理、前热定型、染色工艺),测试处理后熔纺氨纶长丝的断裂强力和定伸长弹性回复率,考察染整加工对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,经过模拟染整工艺处理后样品的力学性能测试,认为在和涤纶做包芯、混纺时可采用高温高压染色,弹性损失不明显,能为涤纶和熔纺氨纶包芯纱或混纺产品的染色和后续加工提供指导。The spandex is widely used in the textiles area for its outstanding elasticity, and especially blended with other fibers such as cotton and polyester. But when it is blended with other fibers, it is necessary to select dyes and dyeing process. The basic thermal and mechanical properties of dry-spinning spandex and melt-spinning spandex fibers were investigated and the mass retention rate and the changes in the decomposition rate after different thermal treatment were measured through thermogravimetric analysis (TG). After determination of the optimum hot-setting process, the dyeing and finishing process (pretreatment, pre-hot setting and dyeing process) of melt-spinning spandex was simulated, and the breaking strength and elastic recovery rate of the treated fibers were measured. The effects of dyeing and finishing process on mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that after simulation of dyeing and finishing process, high temperature and high pressure maybe adopted when polyester serves as the core and the sample is blended. Under such conditions, elasticity loss is not obvious, and this paper can provide guidance for the dyeing and subsequent process of melt-spinning spandex corn yarn or blended products.
