摘  要:采用无水碳酸钠和氢氧化钠处理原蚕丝织物,进行脱胶、溶胀、降解等一系列处理得到的丝素蛋白溶液;再将丝素蛋白溶液与纳米TiO_2颗粒复配,分析复配整理剂中丝素和纳米TiO_2的不同配比对棉整理品的抗皱和抗紫外性能的影响,并确定最佳丝素/TiO_2复配整理液;最后确定后整理的最佳工艺条件:交联剂(戊二醛)的质量浓度、轧余率、焙烘温度和时间。结果表明:丝素/TiO_2复配整理剂中丝素与TiO_2的质量比为15︰4时,可使棉整理品的抗皱和抗紫外性能达到最佳;后处理工艺中戊二醛交联剂的最佳质量浓度为12 g/L,焙烘温度为130℃,焙烘时间为120 s,轧余率为105%。This paper adopt anhydrous sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide to treat the unprocessed silk fabric. Silk fibroin is got by degumming, swelling, degrading and other methods, and compounded it with nano-TiO2 particles. Besides, this paper analyzes the influence of different proportions of silk fibroin and TiO2 on anti-wrinkle property and anti-UV property of cotton fabrics and confirms the optimal silk fibroin/TiO2 compound. Finally, the best technological conditions such as the dosage of cross-linking agent, liquor detention, baking temperature and baking time were confirmed. The results show that when the mass ratio of fibroin and TiO2 is 15 : 4, anti-wrinkle property and anti-UV property of cotton fabrics will achieve the top state ; in the post-treatment process, the best mass concentration of glutaraldehyde cross-linking agent is 12 g/L; the best baking temperature is 130 ℃ ; the best baking time is 120 s and liquor detention is 105%.
