婴儿早期游泳抚触配合穴位按摩对生长发育的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨婴儿早期游泳抚触配合穴位按摩对生长发育的影响。方法:选取2010年1月-2013年12月本院收治的300例婴儿作为研究对象,按照护理方式不同,分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。对照组给予游泳、抚触护理,观察组给予游泳、抚触及穴位按摩护理。分别于出生后1、3、6个月测量婴儿的体质量、身高及头围,于出生后6个月评价婴儿的智能发育情况。结果:出生时,两组体质量、身高、头围比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出生后1、3、6个月,观察组体质量、身高、头围均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生6个月后,观察组婴儿认知能力、语言、精细动作、社交行为、大动作、发育商得分均明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩与游泳抚触相配合可有效促进婴儿智能及身体的发育,应将其应用于整个日常保健工作中。Objective： To explore the influences of early swimming touch combined with points massage on the growth and development of infants.Method： Three hundred infants in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing modes, with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given swimming and touch nursing, the observation group was given swimming, touch and points massage nursing.The body mass, height and head circumference were measured 1, 3 and 6 months after birth.The infants＇ intelligent development situation 6 months after birth was evaluated.Result： At birth, the differences in body weight, height and head circumference of the two groups were not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） . 1 month, 3 and 6 months after birth, the body weight, height and head circumference of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .6 months after birth, the scores of cognitive competence, language, fine movement, social behavior, major movement and developmental quotient in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The swimming touch combined with points massage can effectively promote the growth and intelligent development of infants, which Shall be applied in routine health work.
