摘　　要：银杏叶的提取物具有广泛的药理效应,本文就其药理作用和在心血管系统、精神系统、呼吸系统等疾病中的最新应用进展作一介绍,以便正确合理使用。Ginkgo biboba extract （GBE） are one of the natural medicines with wide range of biological activities. This paper summarizes clinical study progress of GBE in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and hypertension, nervous system disease, respiratory system disease, diabetes mellitus and their complications. The results show that GBE has a good effect on many kinds of diseases, however the study on the clinical application of GBE should be further explored.
