摘 要:氮化硅陶瓷球的高效研磨加工至关重要,在分析陶瓷球加工原理、加工方法及存在问题的基础上,以?4.762 5 mm氮化硅陶瓷球为试验对象,分析采用金刚石砂轮加工与传统V形槽研磨方法的差异。结果表明:采用金刚石砂轮进行陶瓷球粗磨工序加工能够大幅缩短加工时间,提高加工效率,降低劳动强度;能够消除传统V形槽研磨方法中易出现的顶窝、环带和碎球等缺陷;但金刚石砂轮加工出的陶瓷球直径变动量、批直径变动量及球形误差较大,为保证后续加工应适当加大留量。The high efficient grinding process for silicon nitride ceramic balls is of greatest importance. Based on analysis of processing principle, current processing method and existing problems of ceramic balls, taking the silicon nitride ceramic ball with a diameter of 4. 762 5 mm as a test object, the difference between traditional V - shaped groove grinding method and diamond grinding wheel processing method is analyzed. The results show that the rough grinding process for ceramic balls by diamond grinding wheel can greatly shorten processing time, improve processing efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and also eliminate the defects of traditional V - shaped groove grinding method such as top pit, circumferential belt and cracked ball. The diameter variation, batch diameter variation and spherical error of ceramic balls are bigger for diamond grinding wheel processing method, and the appropriate allowance should be increased to ensure subsequent processing.
