摘  要:对2套H7014C/HQ1P4轴承在喷射润滑下进行了高速性能试验,通过检测轴承在不同转速、轴向预紧力及供油油压下的温升及主机振动,分析三者对温升及主机振动的影响规律。结果表明:低速时,轴承温升变化小,预紧力对轴承温升及主机振动影响不大;高速时,轴承温升明显增大,预紧力、供油压力对轴承温升及主机振动影响均增大,且预紧力不能过小;供油压力增大可以降低轴承温升,当达到一定值后,效果不明显;转速在24 000 r/min以内,轴承高速性能良好。The high speed performance test is carried out for two sets of angular contact ceramic ball bearings under spray lubrication. The temperature of bearings and vibration of host are measured by adjusting rotation speed, axial pre - tightening force and oil pressure of bearings. The influence rule of rotation speed, pre - tightening force and oil pressure on temperature rise of bearings and vibration of host are analyzed. The results show that the temperature rise has a smaller change under low rotational speed, and the pre - tightening force has little influence on temperature rise of bearings. The temperature rise of bearings increases obviously under high rotational speed, the pre - tightening force has a greater influence on temperature rise of bearings, and the pre - tightening force cannot be too small. The increased a- mount of lubricating oil reduces temperature rise of bearings, and the effect is unobvious when reaches a certain value. The high speed performance of bearings is good when rotational speed is not more than 24 000 r/min.
