摘　　要：针对球轴承恒加寿命试验传统截尾方案的不足,利用球轴承自身寿命特点,提出了一种基于球轴承基本额定寿命的混合截尾改进方案,并通过蒙特卡罗模拟仿真和试验进行验证,结果证明该方案可行,并且具有一定的优越性。Aim at the deficiencies of traditional censored scheme for constant stress accelerated life test of ball bearings, according to life characteristics of ball bearings, a mixed censored improvement scheme is put forward based on basic rating life of ball bearings. The new scheme is verified by Monte Carlo simulation and test. The results prove that the scheme is feasible, and has certain superiority.
