摘 要:为了使产品质量更好地满足顾客需求,提出了一种基于质量功能展开(QFD)的滚动轴承质量改进方法。运用亲和图法和满意度的差异理论确定滚动轴承关键质量需求,为弥补QFD方法需求变换中的主观性,将层次分析法(AHP)引入QFD应用过程中,确定关键质量需求的权重。基于关键顾客需求与对应技术措施间关系,构建了滚动轴承质量改进质量屋,为企业改进滚动轴承产品质量、提升顾客满意度提供了一种理论方法。In order to meet the customer requirements for quality of products, a method is put forward for quality improvement of rolling bearings based on quality function deployment (QFD). The affinity diagram and discrepancy theory for satisfaction degree are used to determine key quality requirements for rolling bearings. In order to make up the subjectivity in demand transformation of QFD method, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced to QFD application process to obtain weight of key quality requirements. The house of quality for quality improvement of rolling bearings is built based on relationship between key customer requirements and corresponding technical measures, which provide a theoretical method for improving quality of rolling bearings and promoting customer satisfaction degree.
