柳州市个体诊所卫生监督量化分级管理模式探索

摘　　要：目的通过开展个体诊所卫生监督量化分级管理,探索在各级各类医疗机构中开展量化分级管理的可行性,开创柳州市医疗卫生监管的新模式,更好地保障医疗安全。方法确定个体诊所卫生监督量化评分指标及评分标准,对柳州市范围内276家个体诊所进行量化分级管理。结果经过评分,获得A级的个体诊所为9.06%,B级的个体诊所为39.49%,C级的个体诊所为47.83%,D级的个体诊所占3.62%。其中,诊疗科目为中医内科的诊所A、B级比例较高,总体量化分级评分平均分比其他诊疗科目的平均分要高。结论对个体诊所实施量化分级管理对促进医疗机构的管理有积极作用,但必须针对不同的诊疗科目的诊所进一步完善评分标准,并与公示制度结合起来,推进柳州市各级各类医疗机构的量化分级管理工作。Objective By conducting individual clinic health supervision quantitative classification management, to explore the feasibility in various medical institutions at all levels, and to initiate a new pattern of the health supervision, better to protect the medical safety. Methods The individual clinic health supervision quantitative grading index and scoring standard were determined, 276 individual clinics in Liuzhou were conducted quantita- tive classification management. Results After scoring, A level individual clinics accounted for 9.06%, B indi- vidual clinics was 39.49% and C level was 47.83% , D level was 3.62% Among them, the percentage of diag- nosis and treatment course for the TCM internal medicine clinic was higher in level A and B. The overall quan- titative classification rating scores was higher than other diagnosis and treatment subject. Conclusion Implement quantitative classification management for individual clinics have positive role to promote the management of medical institutions, but it should be in accordance to different clinical subject clinic to further improve scoring criteria, and combined with publicity system.
