环保型铝合金水基切削液的研制

摘　　要：以铝合金6061和铝合金7075作为研究对象,通过对润滑剂、防锈剂、防腐剂与表面活性剂筛选,研制成一种无毒、无污染、防锈润滑效果优良的环保水基铝合金切削液。结果表明,该切削液具有优良的防锈性能和润滑性能。A kind of environmental friendly aqueous cutting fluid that is non-toxicity, non-pollution, excellent rust resistance and lubricating property was successfully synthesized by choosing lubricants, rust inhibitor and surfactants. The expriment was based on the investigation of aluminum alloy 6061 and 7075. The results show that the antirust property and lubricating performance of the cutting fluid is excellent.
