摘 要:目的了解四川省阿坝州饮茶型氟中毒病情,为制定相关防控对策提供数据支持。方法在2个监测县按照东西南北中各随机抽取1个乡,在每个乡随机抽取1个村,入户抽查砖茶氟含量,对红原县抽取的村全部8~12岁儿童进行氟斑牙调查,调查若儿盖县和红原抽取的村全部30岁以上成人氟骨症等患病情况。结果共入户抽查100户砖茶无合格样品;红原县查出200名氟斑牙患儿,检出率为29.55%(91/308);2县氟骨症检出率为71.30%(82/115),若尔盖县30岁以上成人氟骨症检出率为70.00%(42/60),红原县30岁以上成人氟骨症检出率为72.73%(40/55)。结论阿坝州红原、若尔盖2县饮茶型氟中毒病情重,相关部门应加强砖茶管理、同时疾控部门应做好农牧民健康教育工作、改变其饮茶习惯。Objective To know drinking brick - tea fluorosis illness status in ABa prefecture of Sichuan prov- ince, and to provide reference for relative departments to enact preventive policies. Methods In the two surveillance county, a town was selected from east, west, south, north of the county and one village was then selected from each township. The fluorosis content of brick - tea in households was surveyed. Children of 8 to 12 years old in Hongyuan were checked dental fluorosis. Adults over 30 years old in the two counties were surveyed fluorosis of bone. Results There were no qualified brick tea in the 100 households. Altogether 200 children with dental fluorosis were found, with the detection rate of 29.55% in Hong Yuan (91/308). The detection rate of fluorosis of bone in the adults was 70.00% (42/60) in Ruo Ergai county and 72.73% (40/55) in Hongyuan. The overall detection rate was 71.30% (82/115). Conclusion The drinking brick - tea fluorosis illness status is currently serious in two counties. Thus brick - tea management needs to be strengthened. As well as health education should be carried out among farmers and herdsmen to improve their drinking brick -tea habit.
