摘 要:针对直齿圆柱齿轮精锻中存在成形不足和变形力过大的问题,基于约束分流原理,以某减速直齿圆柱齿轮(模数2.5,齿数18,齿厚16mm)为例,采用工业纯铅试样,对其精锻成形工艺进行了试验,分析了小芯棒约束分流下坯料孔径对成形过程的影响,提出了一种结合浮动凹模结构的改进方案,保证金属充填性且降低工作载荷,并进行了试验验证;以此方案为基础,应用DEFORM-3D软件对45钢试样的精锻成形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了良好的齿形。In precision forging for spur gear,the main problems are insufficient forming and excessive deformation force.Based on the principle of the restrained divided-flow,the precision forging of a deceleration spur gear(modulus of 2.5,tooth number of 18,tooth thickness of 16mm)made of the industrial pure lead sample was studied,the effect of the billet inner diameter on the forming was analyzed under small restrained divided-flow,an improved scheme combined with floating die structure was proposed to ensure the metal filling and reduce the work load,and the experimental validation was done;Then,based on the scheme,the precision forging of 45 steel samples was numerically simulated by Deform-3D software,and the spur gear with good tooth shape can be obtained.
