摘  要:针对宽薄板级进模连续冲裁中存在的中线悬弧挠曲问题,对比分析了方形和圆形截面导料浮升机构对板料宽度方向挠度的影响。为合理设计导料杆距离,研究了导料杆支撑间距和板料搭边值对板料横向和纵向挠度的影响。利用有限元数值建模分析及生产现场试模,验证了合理的支撑间距可有效控制料带出现波浪式送进的缺陷,保障了级进模自动冲压线的连续顺畅运行。The arc deflection was focused on in the progressive stamping process of the wide and thin plate.The magnitude of the deviation of the arc deflection along the width direction of the wide and thin plate was analyzed using the feed rods with different cross-section shapes.In order to choose a reasonable feed rod distance,the influences of different feed rod support space and boundary values of the sheet metal on the deflection magnitudes along direction of the longitudinal section and cross section were studied.The finite element analysis and the experiment showed that the ripple feed-in for the sheet metal in the progressive stamping process can be efficiently controlled by using the optimal support space.
