摘 要:对广东某工业园区原有水质净化厂进行了升级改造设计.针对其进水可生化性差、含有较高溶解性难生物降解有机物、水质波动大的特点,设计了载体流动床(MBBR)强化生物处理+混凝沉淀+超滤+高级氧化工艺,使出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准和广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26—2001)第二时段一级标准的要求.介绍了工艺流程和主要设计参数,对类似工业园区污水处理厂的升级改造具有一定的参考意义.It is designed to upgrade and reconstruct a former wastewater purification plant of an industrial part in Guangdong Province. Based on the characteristics of poor biodegradability, high containing of soluble refractory organics and severe fluctuation of water quality in the influent, MBBR(Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) enhanced activated sludge + coagulation-sedimentation + ultra-filtration + advanced oxidation process was designed to enable the effluent quality to meet the first level a criteria as specified in discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB 18918--2002) and the first level criteria in the second stage as specified in discharge limits of water pollutants(DB 44/26--2001) of Guangdong Province. The process and main design parameters are introduced, which is of referential significance for the upgrading and reconstruction of similar industrial park wastewater treatment plants.
