摘  要:两伊地区的油田不但处于地广人稀的沙漠或沼泽地带,而且原油物性差、产品指标要求苛刻,为了能够高效地开发两伊油田,须对高含盐重质原油电脱盐工艺进行研究和优化。重质原油电脱盐对温度、混合强度、结晶盐的数量、掺水点的位置比较敏感,提高温度及混合强度,采用少量多次的掺水工艺都可明显提高电脱盐的效果。两伊项目实践证明,优化后工艺完全满足髙含盐重质原油的脱盐工艺要求。The Iran-lraq oilfield lies in desert or swamp area where scarcely populated. The crude oil there physical property is poor and product specification is demanding. For developing the lran-lraq oilfield speedly and safely, the desalting technique must be optimized. The electrostatic desalting of heavy crude oil is sensitive to desalting temperature, mixing intensity, the quantity of crystal salt and the location of'washing water injection. The increasing of-temperature, mixing intensity and the repeatedly mixing with little water process have good effect to the electrostatic desalting. The lran-lraq project practice proves that the optimized process can fully meet the requirements for desalination of high salinity heavy oil.
