布南色林治疗精神分裂症研究进展

摘　　要：查阅近年来国内外文献,从剂型研究、药动药效等方面的研究进展,对布南色林的剂型研究以及治疗精神分裂症的研究进展加以综述。布南色林治疗效果良好,不良反应少,能明显改善精神病患者的认知能力,但对于其剂型以及药动药效学研究较少,值得深入研究。Basis on the latest literatures, summed up progresses on dosage dynamics （PK/PD） of blonanserin. Blonanserin had effective pharmacotherapy improve the cognitive ability of psychiatric patients, but the studies of dosage dynamics（PK/PD） were less, blonanserin were valuable to further study. form and Pharmacokinetics/pharmaco- for schizophrenia and can significantly form and Pharmacokinetics/pharmaco-dynamics （PK/PD） were less, blonanserin were valuable to further study.
