摘  要:目的研究短葶山麦冬多糖含量测试中不同单糖标准品对测试结果的影响。方法采用硫酸-蒽酮法,分别以果糖和葡萄糖作标准品,对短葶山麦冬多糖的含量进行测试。结果采用果糖做标准品,多糖含量测量结果稳定,数据波动小;而采用葡萄糖测量结果波动大。结论选择果糖做标准品,测试短葶山麦冬多糖含量准确、稳定。OBJECTIVE In order to study the influence of difference monosaccharide standards in the content measurement of Liriope muscari( Decne. ) Baily polysaccharide. METHODS Sulfuric acid-anthranone method was used fructose and glucose were selected as monosaecharide standards. RESULTS Selecting fructose as monosaccha- ride standards, the measurement data was stable and the fluctuation of data was small. But selecting gluctose as mono- saccharide standards,the measure result was unstable and the fluctuation of data was big. CONCLUSION Fructose was suitable for the monosaeeharide standard in the content measurement of Liriope muscari( Decne. ) Baily polysac- eharide and the polysaccharide content was accuracy and stable.
